LCH Communications was founded ten years ago by Lisa Hendrickson, who has more than 25 years experience in the public relations industry. Drawing on its team of seasoned public relations professionals and journalists, the firm is known for its outstanding client service and results-oriented public relations programs, as well as its excellent reputation with major media outlets.

Lisa Hendrickson, President and Founder, is a senior public relations executive with more than 25 years of experience in developing and implementing strategic communications programs. During this time, Lisa has worked with companies ranging from global leaders to start-ups, bringing to each a unique results-oriented approach.
Prior to founding LCH Communications, Lisa was Senior Vice President at Manning, Selvage & Lee, where she managed the technology client base for one of the world’s top 10 public relations firms. While at Manning, Selvage & Lee, Lisa oversaw accounts for companies such as IBM, Intuit, NCR and Okidata. She also brought her expertise to help smaller companies, such as NeoWare and Padcom, establish strong positions in their market.
Lisa received a PRism Award for the NCR WaveLAN wireless local area network launch and the Marketing Computers Award for the NCR Democratic National Convention special event.
She started her public relations career at Miller Communications in Boston where she launched the first portable computer for Compaq Computer. Prior to that, Lisa was a reporter at the Quincy Patriot Ledger, a major Massachusetts daily newspaper.
Lisa currently provides pro bono public relations support to several organizations, including the Community Chest of Port Washington.

Jenna Kern-Rugile, Senior Writer, is an experienced writer and editor and has served as an executive editor at VARBusiness and an editor at InformationWeek for CMP Media, a technology-focused media company. She has also written and edited stories for a variety of non-technology publications, including Newsday, Working Woman, Working Mother, Fortune Small Business, Long Island Parents & Children, Distinction and The Baltimore Sun. In addition, Jenna currently volunteers for a range of nonprofit organizations including Renewable Energy Long Island, Adoptive Parents Committee and Huntington Interfaith Homeless Initiative. |

Lonny Unger, Senior Consultant, is a 29-year veteran of the public relations and communications industry. He specializes in the development and implementation of corporate and business-to-business marketing and financial communications programs.
Lonny was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Manning, Selvage & Lee (MS&L), one of the world’s leading public relations firms, with more than 1,000 employees located in more than 35 offices worldwide. He was also head of MS&L’s 125-person New York City headquarters office. Lonny has counseled and implemented programs for AT&T, Visa, Intuit, NCR, State Street Bank, Okidata and Primestar, as well as Northern Telecom, Harris, AlliedSignal and Smith-Corona, among others. Additionally, in a Silver-Anvil Award winning effort, he helped spearhead the launch of the very successful GM Card.
Prior to MS&L, he worked extensively in daily journalism with the Gannett Newspaper chain and Fairchild Publications.
Lonny is also currently a soccer coach at Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY. Additionally, he is president of the prestigious F.C. Westchester premier youth soccer club, where he also serves as the club’s assistant director of coaching. |
